We are looking for a dynamic and organized Office Administrator with Telesales Responsibilities to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines essential administrative support with proactive sales outreach, making it ideal for someone who is both detail-oriented and results-driven.
Administrative Duties:
Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence (email, phone, mail)
Maintain and update internal databases and records
Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing reports
Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors
Support management with various administrative tasks
Telesales Duties:
Contact potential and existing customers by phone to promote services
Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with prospects
Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities
Record call details and update customer information in the CRM
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
Previous experience in administration and/or telesales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Confident phone manner and persuasive skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Good command of English (spoken and written)
